The site is located on the SE corner of 93rd Avenue and 86th Street. Construction started in August 2025 and is expected to be completed in early Summer 2026. The site will comprise two buildings, totalling approximately 20,000 square feet of leasable area. The anchor building is approximately 15,750 square feet and is leased to Shoppers Drug Mart, and the drive-thru pad is approximately 4,120 square feet and is leased to McDonald’s.
